Incidentally, my sister abbreviates ‘story of my life’ to StOML, which she utters in speech as ‘stomul’ but seemingly never uses in writing. Perhaps ‘bane of my life’ should be introduced as BOML/’bomul’.
Just realised that I’ve got yet another crotch hole in yet another pair of jeans. Bane of my life.
